The Pacifier kinda reminds me a bit of Kindergarten Cop to be honest, tough guy? who finds it difficult with kids? The film has some nice messages for kids but also loved the whole Panda dance and the scene where the baby called Vin 'daddy' was sweet. Fun and very entertaining.
I went to the movie theater with my parents and I wasn&#39;t excited about their choice at all. But I happily sat in my seat waiting for another movie that tries to be creative and fails miserably.<br/><br/>Before I knew it, I had fallen in love with the movie. As predictable it was in humour, the nanny was the first funny event to occur, as well as the duck biting Vin Diesel.<br/><br/>One thing I hate about movies like this one is that usually they always portray the boy my age as some jock who everyone likes, or if they don&#39;t, they make sure they are someone who in real life would fit in just fine. I am not a major jock and I know many people who aren&#39;t. I couldn&#39;t stand Seth at the beginning, in his depressing, drab clothes and his attitude. But you, as the viewer, soon learn that Seth is actually a fan of musical theater, not sports.<br/><br/>Vin Diesel&#39;s acting was actually quite good, and he was even doing a good job in the emotional scenes.<br/><br/>The movie was refreshingly predictable… and even as a 14-year old, I loved it.
Director Adam Shankman (Bringing Down the House) can't block a sight gag to save his life.
In order to obtain the PG rating in Britain, the word &quot;spaz&quot; has been replaced by &quot;jerk&quot; in one sentence.
